Description: 45 year old Morris county NJ resident who was diagnosed with breast carcinoma of the left breast who had left mastectomy and breast reconstruction with TRAM and gel implant. A breast augmentation was done on her left breast with gel silicone breast implant. Her reconstructive surgery was performed by board certified plastic surgeon Larry Weinstein MD FACS at Hackettstown Community Hospital in Hackettstown NJ and Morristown Memorial hospital in Morristown NJ.
