Description: 44 year-old female complained about her weight, and small breasts. Her chest measured 34 in., waist 27 ½ in., and hips 36 in. Diagnosis diastasis rectus, bilateral pseudoptosis of breasts, lipodystrophy hips, inner thighs, and knees. She had cosmetic surgery by board certified plastic surgeon Larry Weinstein, MD FACS at Morristown Medical Center. An abdominoplasty, bilateral breast augmentation with 375 cc saline implants through the abdominal incision, and liposuction. Postoperative 3 month photographs she measured 37 ¼ in. bust, 27 ¾ in. waist, and 37 ¾ in. hips. The patient is pleased with the results.
