Why It’s Never Too Late to Get More Youthful Skin with Fillers
If you suffer from fine lines, wrinkles, and a loss of volume in your skin and you want to get back a more youthful look, you may be wondering if it’s too late to do so. Here at Dr. Larry Weinstein’s office, he believes that it’s never too late to feel confident about the skin that you are in. Let’s take a closer look at a few reasons why it’s not too late for you to try facial fillers.
There’s No Need to Wait
One of the biggest things to know about these anti-aging fillers is that there’s no need to wait. Unless you have some allergic reaction to fillers or if you have health issues, there is no better time than now to jump on this bandwagon. In just minutes, Dr. Weinstein will be able to give you a more youthful look.
Fillers Are Affordable
Compared to surgical treatments, facial fillers like Juvéderm, Restylane, and Radiesse are way more affordable. Even though they are temporary and will have to be redone, they last up to a year on average which means that you will only have to pay that amount every year which isn’t that much if you think about it in those terms.
They Can Be Used at Almost Any Age
Whether you are in your twenties or you’re in your sixties, we can use facial fillers to treat a variety of cosmetic concerns. So, if you think you’re too young or if you feel like you’re getting too old for one of these treatments, think again.
Rather than spending the rest of your life wishing for younger skin, let Dr. Weinstein give you results now. To learn more about facial fillers or to schedule your facial filler consultation, contact us at our Chester office and call us today at 908-879-2222.

Why You Should Say Yes to New Breasts For Christmas
Rather than waiting for Santa Clause to sneak down your chimney and gift you with something that you may or may not use, why not give yourself a gift that you know you are going to enjoy? Here at Dr. Larry Weinstein’s office, we specialize in a variety of surgical treatments including breast augmentations to help give you larger, firmer, and perkier breasts. This year, before you let Santa decide what he’s going to give you, we have created a list of reasons why you should say yes to new breasts for Christmas.
Confidence
Even though looks aren’t everything, there is something to say about being confident in the skin you’re in. Oftentimes, women want to get larger breasts as a way to add to their confidence while wearing form-fitting clothing or a swimsuit. If you find yourself feeling a little self-conscious about your breasts when you are in revealing clothing or swimwear, then a breast augmentation may be able to help.
Better Physical Appearance
If you have small, deflated, or asymmetrical breasts then a breast augmentation can help solve all of these issues. During a breast augmentation, Dr. Weinstein will work to give you perkier, larger, and symmetrical breasts so that you can feel better about your physical appearance.
You’ve Always Wanted It
There is no better time than the present to get what you want. If you have been putting off getting a breast augmentation for whatever reason, then make this year the year that you pull the trigger. If you are worried about financing, talk to our office about our financing options to see if we have a payment plan that will fit you and your lifestyle.
If you want to learn more about whether or not a breast augmentation is right for you, schedule your consultation with Dr. Weinstein at our Chester office and call us today at 908-879-2222.

Why You Should Fall For Laser Hair Removal This Fall
If you feel like plucking, tweezing, waxing, and shaving may as well be your full-time job, then it may be time to pick a new hobby. With laser hair removal, Dr. Larry Weinstein can make you practically hair free in a matter of a few sessions (depending on the area). And with the cold weather here and your bikini safely stashed away until next year, we think that fall is one of the best times to consider getting laser hair removal.
What is Laser Hair Removal?
You may have heard about laser hair removal for the past decade or so but do you really know what it is? Laser hair removal works by using pulses of laser light to destroy the hair follicles. But because your body is full of millions of hair follicles, it can be hard for us to target all of them in just one session. Depending on your hair color and the location that we are targeting will help determine how many sessions you will need.
What Makes Fall Ideal?
Because you will have to get multiple sessions done to get rid of your hair, fall is the perfect time because you won’t have to worry about shaving in between each session. In fact, you can just let your hair grow in in-between. By starting your laser removal in the fall, we should be able to get rid of your hair just in time for bikini season next spring or summer; giving you enough time to kiss your razor goodbye for good.
In our book, anytime is a good time for you to get rid of excess unwanted hair, but fall is an exceptionally good time. Are you interested in learning a little bit more about hair removal? Contact our New Jersey office today and call us at 908-879-2222.

The 411 on Proportional Breast Augmentations
One common misconception that some patients have about a breast augmentation is that you either have to go big or go home, but here at Dr. Larry Weinstein’s office, he specializes in a form of breast augmentation to give patients minimally larger breasts. If you are worried about getting a breast augmentation because you want to make sure that you look proportionate, then let’s take a closer look at proportional breast augmentations.
What’s a Proportional Breast Augmentation?
Do you have a dream of just going up one cup size, but you’re scared to get a breast augmentation because you’re worried that you will go up two or three cup sizes? If so, then a proportional breast augmentation may be the secret for you. During this type of breast augmentation, Dr. Weinstein will use smaller sized breast implant to help you jump from an A cup to a B Cup or a B cup to a C cup.
Why Does Dr. Weinstein Do Them?
Not all surgeons offer proportional breast augmentations. One of Dr. Weinstein’s goals is to ensure that patients feel comfortable with their results which is why he has chosen to provide this type of augmentation option. Dr. Weinstin knows that it’s your body and he just wants to help you magnify it and make it that much better; no matter how small the implants are.
During your initial consultation with Dr. Weinstein, he will go over all of your breast augmentation options to help you decide which option is going to give you the best results possible. If you are interested in learning about a proportional breast augmentation or if you want to learn about all of the other options that we have, contact our Chester office today and give us a call at 908-879-2222.

When You Don’t Want It to Wave Back: What to Know About A Brachioplasty
If you’re practicing your Miss America wave, but have noticed that your arm fat is waving back, then it may be time to take matters into your own hands (or rather, into Dr. Larry Weinstein’s hands). With a brachioplasty, we can perform a combination of liposuction and a lift to help you get rid of excess, unwanted fat and skin on your upper arms. But what is there to know about the actual procedure itself? Let’s take a closer look.
What Is the Procedure Like?
When you come in for surgery, we will prep you, sedate you, and then bring you into the surgical room. During an arm liposuction procedure, we will make a tiny incision in the targeted area. Once the incision has been made, a thin cannula will be inserted into the area. Here at our office, we offer three different types of liposuction to help get rid of arm fat.
- Traditional liposuction: During this type of liposuction, we will scrape off the fat and then suction it out with the cannula. The only problem with traditional liposuction is that it’s usually used to treat larger areas which make our other options sometimes more suitable.
- Tumescent Liposuction: With tumescent liposuction, Dr. Weinstein will inject an anesthetic into the tissue beforehand which results in less swelling and bruising afterward.
- Ultrasound and Laser Liposuction: Both of these forms of liposuction liquefy the fat rather than scrape it. And because they use a small cannula, they are typically less invasive than the other forms of liposuction.
- Once the cannulas have been removed, we will then use sutures to stitch up the incision site and you will be sent to recover for 1-2 hours. Afterward, you will be sent home to heal and rest at home.
Going through any sort of surgical procedure can be a little unnerving if you’ve never done it before. However, if you decide to undergo a brachioplasty, we will be there to help talk you through the procedure and guide you through the recovery process. If you want to learn more about this procedure, contact our Chester office today and give us a call at 908-879-2222.

How to Prevent Your Facelift Scars From Turning Into Something Scary
Other than answer your door to some spooky trick or treaters on Halloween night, nothing is quite as scary as looking in the mirror after a facelift only to see a bunch of visible stars. Although Dr. Larry Weinstein makes it, so facelift scars are as concealed as possible by the hairline or behind the ears, there are still some things that you can do to prevent your scars from darkening in color and looking more noticeable if you pull your hair back.
Avoid the Sun
If you can, try to stay out of the sun while your scars are healing. The sun works to naturally darken the skin— especially scars— which can make them a lot more visible. If you have to be outside, make sure that you cover your scars in a thick layer of SPF and that you also wear a hat for an added layer of protection.
Use a Scar Cream
Another thing that you can do to make sure that your scars don’t get too dark is to apply a scar cream like Mederma which works to lighten scars from the inside out. Additionally, by applying a scar cream like Mederma, you can keep your skin moisturized which will prevent your scars from itching as they heal.
Avoid Picking
When you have a scar that’s healing after surgery, it can be itchy and just overall uncomfortable. Even though you may want to scratch and pick at your scar, make sure that you don’t touch it; the more you pick at it, the less likely it’s going to heal well an the more likely it will be more visible.
If you are worried about scarring after a facelift, just know that a little amount of scarring is inevitable and completely normal. To help reduce how visible your scars are, though, you can use the tips listed in this article. Body Contouring After Massive Weight Loss
If working out every day and eating better than you ever knew you could have helped you shed a lot of pounds then you must be ready to give yourself a few hundred high fives. If, however, it seems like your weight has started to plateau and you still have a few extra pounds that you would like to lose or some excess fat that you want to get rid of, then body contouring from Dr. Weinstein may be your next step.
What Is Body Contouring?
There are several different types of body contouring procedures but the one that Dr. Weinstein specializes in is liposuction. Despite what you may have heard your entire life about liposuction being used to help patients who have a significant amount of weight to lose, it’s actually best used on people who have an average of about 30 lbs to lose.
During your liposuction procedure, Dr. Weinstein will make some small incisions near the surgical site which will allow him to insert his cannula. After the incisions have been made, he will scrape off the excess fat from your body, suction it out with a vacuum-like device called a cannula, stitch you up, and then send you on your road toward recovery.
Why Is Body Contouring Helpful After Massive Weight loss?
Sometimes, no matter how thin you are, it can be hard to lose some extra weight. If seeing the scale stay at the same number week after week is starting to feel like you’re banging your head against the wall, then you may need a little help. As a popular and effective procedure, liposuction can help contour your body a little more and help you reach your ideal weight.
If you’re ready to really get rid of that excess weight even after massive weight loss, then schedule your liposuction consultation at our Chester office today and give us a call at 908-879-2222.

3 Things a Rhinoplasty Can and Cannot Do
If you have always hated the shape, size, or overall appearance of your nose or if you have recently injured your nose, then you may have fantasies of getting a rhinoplasty from Dr. Larry Weinstein. But before you consider really learning more about this procedure, it’s good to know what a rhinoplasty can and cannot do. Let’s take a closer look.
It Can’t Give You Any Nose
A lot of patients think that when you get a rhinoplasty, you can get any nose that you want. And although you can show us pictures of similar features that you want in a nose, we won’t be able to mimic other people’s noses perfectly; we have to use your nose’s structures and integrity as the base. Then, from there, we can reshape it, and resize it if needed.
It Can Change Your Appearance
If you think about your facial structure, then you know just how front and center your nose sits on your face. So, if we go in and change your nose, it is going to change your entire facial appearance; even if we do a minimal nose job. That being said, it will change your appearance for the better so that you walk out of your final appointment feeling more confident than ever.
It Doesn’t Take Long
Usually, Dr. Weinstein performs rhinoplasties on an outpatient basis, and the entire procedure only takes about two hours max which means that you will be able to get in and out of surgery before you know it. Once you have been cleared to go home, we will send you home with a detailed list of recovery instructions and tips.
Knowing what a surgery can and cannot do will help you land on the right procedure for you. To learn more about rhinoplasties, schedule an appointment with Dr. Weinstein at our Chester office today and give us a call at 908-879-2222.

Want to Undergo Eye Tuck Surgery? What You Can Expect from Your Initial Consultation
Whether you have dark circles under your eyes because of age, genetics, or just the stresses of life, they can definitely damage your self-esteem. Even though fillers and Botox have been done to get rid of those dark circles, nothing is quite as effective as eye tuck or blepharoplasty. During this surgical procedure, Dr. Larry Weinstein will remove excess fat, muscle, and skin from the lower eyelids to help correct puffy bags under your eyes and make you look more youthful in the process. Much like with any surgery that Dr. Weinstein offers, before we even schedule your surgical date we will have you come into our office for a consultation.
What’s a Consultation?
A consultation appointment is designed to help Dr. Weinstein determine if a blepharoplasty is going to be a good procedure for you. Additionally, a consultation also gives you the opportunity to ask questions and have any of your concerns addressed.
What Will Happen During My Consultation?
Just like any pre-surgical consultation, your blepharoplasty consultation is very important. Not only will we look over your entire medical history but we will also look at what medications and vitamins you are taking.
After we go over your medical history and medications, Dr. Weinstein will then examine your eyelids, eyes, eye function, eyelid fat, and test your gross vision. If you wear contact lenses or glasses, make sure that you wear them.
Following your examination, Dr. Weinstein will discuss your goals and expectations, whether or not you want just the lower eyelids operated on or if you want the uppers done as well. During this time, don’t hesitate to ask any questions to Dr. Weinstein or his staff about this surgery.
If you are sick of having large bags under your eyes, then a blepharoplasty may be the right procedure for you. To learn more about blepharoplasties, schedule a consultation at our Chester office today and give us a call at 908-879-2222.

3 Things You Never Knew About Fillers
Before Kylie Jenner came out in public sporting a new set of lips, you may not have been that familiar with lip fillers. As one of the most popular non- invasive procedures out there, fillers can be used for a variety of different things including adding volume to your lips and cheeks and helping soften the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. However, unless you’ve had fillers, you may not know much about them. Let’s take a closer look at three things you may not know about fillers.
Location Changes As You Age
As you age, your skin starts to lose collagen and elastin which can lead to sagginess, fine lines, and wrinkles. When this happens, Dr. Larry Weinstein will have to be a little more strategic when injecting fillers into your skin to really help both fill in fine lines and wrinkles and add more volume to certain parts of the skin. So, even though he can inject most 20-year-olds one way, if you are in your 50’s, he will have to use a few different techniques to help give you the best results.
Everybody Is Different
Just like with any procedure that Dr. Larry Weinstein does, it’s important to remember that everybody is different. And because everybody is different, that means that the type of filler we use on you, may not be good to use on your friend. It also means that everyone will get slightly different results including how long your fillers last for; for some patients, their fillers will last an entire year whereas others will need to have touch ups done a lot sooner.
They’re Not the Same As Botox
One thing that you may be surprised to learn is that Botox is not a filler, but it’s an injectable. Fillers work to actually fill in fine lines and wrinkles, whereas Botox works on a deeper level to stop your facial muscles from contracting which helps to soften them in the process.
Now that you know a little bit more about fillers, it’s time to schedule your consultation with Dr. Larry Weinstein at our Chester office today. Call us at 908-879-2222.
